1. Wash: First, wash your hands to prevent unclean hands from contaminating the inside of the mask.

2. Hanging: Place the white side inward and the side with the metal strip upward, place the mask across the face and nose, and use both hands to hang the ropes at both ends on your ears.

3. Pull: Pull away the folds of the mask with both hands in the upper and lower directions at the same time, so that the mask can completely cover the mouth, nose and chin.

4. Pressure: Finally, use the index fingers of both hands to press tightly the metal strips on both sides of the bridge, so that the upper end of the mask can be close to the bridge of the bridge.

Precautions:

1. Do not reuse disposable masks. Generally, it needs to be replaced every 6 to 8 hours.

2. The outer layer of the mask often accumulates a lot of dirt such as dust and bacteria in the external air, while the inner layer blocks the exhaled bacteria and saliva. Therefore, both sides cannot be used alternately, otherwise the dirt contaminated with the outer layer will be inhaled into the human body directly when it is close to the face and becomes a source of infection.

3. When the mask is not worn, it should be folded and placed in a clean envelope, and the side close to the mouth and nose should be folded inwards. Do not put it into your pocket or hang it around your neck.

4. If the mask is wetted by exhaled heat or saliva, its effect on blocking bacteria will be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is best to prepare a few more masks for replacement.

5. If you are in a high-risk place such as a hospital, no matter how long it is used, once the mask is removed, do not use it again, so as not to cause contamination when your hands touch the mask.

6. When wearing or removing a mask, your hands may come into contact with bacteria attached to the surface of the mask. In order to reduce the chance of infection due to contact, special attention should be paid to the cleaning and disinfection of your hands.

7. After taking off the mask, place it in tape or paper bag, then place it in a covered trash can to dispose of it, and wash your hands in time.
